At The Limo Service Houston, we value your business and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we have established the following cancellation policies in accordance with Houston Limo Law. Please review our policies carefully.
Arrivals / Departures
For arrival and departure services, the following cancellation windows and penalties apply.

Cancellation Window
- 2 hours prior to pick up
- 24 hours prior to pick up
- 48 hours prior to pick up
- 72 hours prior to pick up
Late Cancellation Penalty
- 100% due in full
- 100% due in full
- 100% due in full
- 100% due in full
Transfers / Point to Point
For transfers and point-to-point services, the following policies are in effect:

Cancellation Window
- 2 hours prior to pick up
- 24 hours prior to pick up
- 48 hours prior to pick up
- 72 hours prior to pick up

Non-Holiday / Non-Special Event Hourly Reservations
For hourly reservations not associated with holidays or special events, the following cancellation terms apply:

- 2 hours prior to pick up
- 24 hours prior to pick up
- 48 hours prior to pick up

Special Event / Wedding / Holiday / Corporate Event Reservations
For special events, weddings, holidays, and corporate events, the following cancellation policies are in place:
Sedans or SUVs
- Cancellations must be received within 14 days of the pick-up date. After this period, the reservation cannot be altered or refunded.
- A 20% cancellation fee applies if the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the event.
- Covid-19 Cancellation Policy: If a public event is canceled by the event host or producer due to Covid-19, and we are notified at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, there will be no penalty, and the reservation will be fully refundable.
Sprinter, Transit, Limo, Minibus, or Coaches
- Cancellations must be received within 14 days of the pick-up date. After this period, the reservation cannot be altered or refunded.
- A 20% cancellation fee applies if the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the event.
- Covid-19 Cancellation Policy: If a public event is canceled by the event host or producer due to Covid-19, and we are notified at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, there will be no penalty, and the reservation will be fully refundable.
